The role
We’re looking for a detail-loving, people-friendly Packing & Customer Service Assistant to help keep our studio running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that blends packing e-commerce orders and being part of the daily flow of our jewellery studio. If you enjoy variety, staying busy, and working with beautiful products, you’ll love this role.
Hours
- Full-time role
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
- During peak seasons, we sometimes pitch in on the occasional weekend day.
What you’ll be doing
- Packing and dispatching e-commerce orders with care and attention to detail
- Checking orders for accuracy and quality
- Pre-making and assembling jewellery designs
- Supporting the daily running of the studio (keeping things organised and flowing)
- Responding to customer enquiries via email
- Helping resolve delivery or order issues with a friendly, calm approach
- Jumping in to support the team during busy periods
What we’re looking for
- Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
- Friendly communicator who enjoys helping people
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Can stay positive when things get busy
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Experience in e-commerce, packing, jewellery making, retail, or customer service is a bonus (not essential)
