How should I care for my jewellery?

Remove before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions and sunscreen. Store pieces separately in a pouch or box. Clean silver gently with a jewellery polishing cloth.

What is your returns window?

14 days from receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. We offer Store Credit, which does not expire.

How long does dispatch take and how much is delivery?

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery is £7.50 via DHL Express, with free delivery on orders over £250.

What warranty do you offer?

All jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty from the purchase date, covering re-plating, replacement for defective items, and professional polishing for silver pieces.
