We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our London office, based in Chelsea. The role of the Customer Service Executive is to deliver the highest level of customer service to our clients and customers.
The candidate would be a pro-active member of the eCommerce Retail Team and will provide support to website operations and marketing. This is a full time position, working 5 days per week for a fixed term contract. The position would be office based rather than WFH.
In this position, you will be responsible for consulting and supporting customers through Tilly Sveaas LTD online customer service channels, including live-chat, messaging services and telephone calls.
Daily packaging of website orders.
Assisting with packaging and labelling trade orders. Creating order confirmations and invoices for domestic and international trade customers.
Creating customs invoices and documentation for international trade and website orders.
Dealing with returns and exchanges and arranging and logging alterations and repairs.
