- Two-Year Guarantee: Select chunkier items come with an extended two-year warranty for added peace of mind.
What’s Covered:
- Free replating services to keep your jewellery looking as good as new.
- Repairs for any issues, outside of normal wear and tear.
- Replacements for defective items, subject to approval.
What’s Not Covered:
- Loss or theft of your jewellery.
- Any replacements or services not approved by our Customer Service team.
All replacements and repairs are evaluated at the discretion of our Customer Service team, ensuring that we provide the best solution tailored to your needs. Wear your jewellery with confidence, knowing we’re here to take care of it.

To claim any services covered by your warranty, please email info@tillysveaas.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue you're experiencing. Once the warranty on your item ends, all services come with a fee depending on the item.
