Returns Form

This form will generate a PDF returns slip, for you to include with your items when you post them back to us. Once submitted, you will be asked to download and print the generated PDF.

If you do not have access to a printer, please complete the online returns form below, then write down the information shown on the generated returns slip on a sheet of paper, and include this with your order instead. Please note, without a completed online returns form, we will not be able to process your request, as we require your written authorisation to be able to proceed.

Please note, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.
