Establishing her brand twenty years ago, Tilly Sveaas has created jewellery with the purpose of longevity rather than seasonality.

The three key themes that each piece is centered around are quality, design purity, and timelessness, collectively coming together to ensure the highest standard is met.

The brand has grown its suppliers globally but only works with personally selected companies that are certified authenticated and regularly visited.

My jewellery is built upon honest social responsibility since its humble beginnings in Bali back in 1997, and I still use my first ever supplier.

TILLY SVEAAS LTD is a licensed Fairmined brand. We use Fairmined gold and silver to plate all our handmade linked pieces, earrings and bangles. Fairmined is an assurance label that guarantees that metals come from small-scale mining organisations embracing responsible business, social and environmental practices.

By choosing to buy Fairmined jewellery, we are supporting these mining organisations to get a fair price for their hard work and an additional premium to invest in the improvement of their operations and the protection of their people and environment.

All our fine chains are made using recycled sterling silver by an Italian company that is a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council.

Additionally, the brand is part of the Project Earth initiative from Selfridges, furthering the transparency between the consumer and producer.

Not only are the products sustainable, but so is the packaging.

Made from sustainably managed paper and produced from 100% recycled materials. The responsibility to the planet continues even to the courier used. Tilly Sveaas draws on DHL Express for shipments as the corporation has promised Zero Emissions by 2050 with goals of delivering 70% of their first and last mile fleet with clean solutions.
